I still needed to have my rings resized again elsewhere.. they did not have the rings ready when I came in just before close on the date they were to be done- their jeweler was still refining work on the rings and we had to wait.. My husband and I had two other rings resized here and both were routine - however, the more intricate and pricey repairs to my other rings did not go smoothly.. and i definitely say it was over priced.. However, the sales people are very nice and they have beautiful jewelry- they even have a good array of Pandora. They've since then done a few appraisals for me on other pieces and those experiences were okay.
