This store has really low ratings, but honestly they have helped me in multiple binds. Jordan, in…read moreparticular, is really great. Basically, I ordered a queen-sized bedframe but it came as a full. I had already thrown out the boxes, and had a bunch of pieces (VERY large and small) that needed to be returned. I got everything in the back of a truck, brought it here and was not expecting to be helped too much, even though I had a pre-paid label. Jordan checked it out, told me he would take apart the rest to make it even more compact, and would make sure to order boxes and contact me when he was able to send the pieces back to the company. He helped me unpack the truck and everything. Knocked a star for lack of parking, but I'm not sure how much control the franchise has over that.

This is the best full-service mail center in Memphis…read more I've been to the Mail Center at least five times and they have always found me a good shipping service at a fair price. They can send packages and mail via USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. It's convenient to enter the destination and be able to see the prices and choose your service all in one place. You don't even have to compare prices before you go. They have computers to print documents, stationary, envelops, and everything else that you need to send a letter or package. In my experience, they are about 30% than Fed-Ex for most of these items and the people working there know a lot more about shipping and how to prepare your items. They have a notary service, which was ten dollars for one document when I used it. They take passport photos and took the time to read the instructions and verify the photos with me. Highly recommended!
