So. I'm going to try to keep this short. Furniture scratched. Tables dented. Numerous broken items. The boxes were packed in such disarray. Literally like walking down a grocery store aisle and just swiping your arm on the shelf to knock it all off into a box. That's what our stuff looked like. Apparently they list that they don't pack liquids, sure that's fine - but why did you end up packing obvious liquid items that then leak all over the boxes? Packers showed up late, only two packers - took two days and they still weren't finished on truck day. (My one nice thing to say is that the gentleman packing my house was quiet and polite. Sadly they could use some packing skills.) The truck was late by over a week on delivering our items. If you get assigned this moving company -- SAY NO! Do not use this company. read more

If it was possible to give a .25 or 0 review I would...Its been a few years now and we are STILL recovering from this clown show. My wife spent days crying over all the things, the memories that were destroyed. Jars of spaghetti sauce packed with out ANY packaging, alongside a marble rolling pin and heavy appliances (a stand mixer). As any reasonable individual would expect the jars were broken and after a week or so in the heat turned rancid ruining just about everything in the box. Practically every piece of furniture was scratched or dented. They DROPPED a brand new front load washing machine down the stairs because they refused to use any sort of hand truck etc. Now lets talk about the team....Aside from one of the packers continually asking if I still wanted ... pick an item up to and including our TV...and using a 2x4 to take apart the garage shelves, I really could have done without the driver getting so drunk that the most responsible of of the packing crew pulled me aside and told me not to worry, he would be driving. On top of that several items went "missing" including a nice dress watch. In 12 moves (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Germany) this was by FAR the worst group clowns I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely unprofessional, absolutely uncaring, and worst of all simply ignorant of how to act like a professional mover. Its like they just drove around downtown at 7AM asking anyone on the street if they wanted to work today. NEVER EVER EVEN THINK ABOUT LETTING THIS CLOWN SHOW TOUCH YOUR HHG. read more

Master Movers is a cheap, greedy, abusive, and has the lowest customer service. I had to move during July 2020, during the Covid-19 and I did not have enough time to search for different shipping company. I was referred to Master Movers through a broker company in Florida. The driver who came to pick-up our household was rude, pushing hard to sign a contract, the contract document was dirty, and looks like a piece of trash. They never provided a copy of the document, even though I was asking for one for 3 months. The company was a cheater, they charge the storage for the whole month even if you store for one day out of that month. Upon delivery, the driver who brought our household was rude, careless, did not install all furniture as written in the contract, many items were broken, missing, and other items have water damage. We talked to their customer service, to no surprise, they were rude, not willing to help. We talked to broker who referred this company to us, they apologized, but that did not transfer to a better service. I made more than 7 moves in my life, this by far was the worst customer service ever experienced within the USA. Awful, and very regrettable. If you get a chance to read this review, please help spread the word and let this cheap cheating company get out of business, or let them improve their service. If there was "zero" star, I will be happy to give them one !! read more
