It was probably because I have racks and a mounted soft folded canopy + tent on my truck bed. But here's the thing: I have a Ford Maverick that stands at a WHOPPING 68 inches tall, with the mounted canopy not extending past the exterior mirror and the top of the tent well below 6' total height. I was in line for the touchless bay and another truck that was towering over mine and significantly wider was directly in front of me. I've used other touchless car washes elsewhere without obliterating machinery or tearing a rift in the fabric of space time or whatever your policies try to protect against. But I'm not here to argue with you or make anything "right." You've got the right to make whatever policies you want and that's that. The review isn't changing and I won't be returning.
