Jordi lied about the work he did at my home…read more He took major shortcuts, using the wrong piping material (that cost him less to purchase so he could make more of a margin on it) and leaving the work unfinished (in places that we couldn't see) so that he could get the job "done" more quickly. We trusted him and we were taken advantage of. We found a leak (in piping that he should have initially repaired and didn't) and when we asked him to come back to repair it he requested payment up front. He sent workers to our house who left after a few hours, leaving pipes in our yard and holes in our walls, taking our money and leaving the job unfinished. Then he blocked my cell phone along with the phone number of my husband. Never in my life have I engaged with this level of unprofessional, unethical and disrespectful conduct. Deeply disappointing. Not someone you want to hire or have working in your house. Don't make the mistakes that we did.

However, he disconnected the washing machine and left without reconnecting it, advising me to call a mechanic instead. My brother, who is not an expert, later found and removed a piece of cloth stuck in the tubes--a simple fix that Jordi overlooked. When Jordi returned to reinstall the machine, he forgot to open the water valve, which is a basic task for any plumber. After leaving, he refused to come back to fix this mistake, leaving me in a difficult situation where I couldn't even open the water myself because it's behind a wall and requires moving both the dryer and washer. On top of that, he was unprofessional and rude when I requested a partial refund for the incomplete job. I would not recommend his services to anyone based on this experience.
