I've only tried the Kickboxing Basics classes on Saturday mornings, and felt there was a variety of skill levels at the class. Each class, I learn a new block, kick, or punch. Afraid it's too much to learn? Well, Ken has a 'Kickboxing for DUmmies' class on the weekends that go slowly through each move and has a lot more hands on demonstrations to make sure each person in the room is doing the moves correctly. For those interested in self defense, they offer that too on Tuesday Nights. Boot camps run on the weekends. Very welcoming atmosphere! Check them out, you won't be sorry you did.
