don't do it,
i do not like writing a negative reviews, i usually write about restaurants i love and great service i have gotten, but this is for those of you who want to have a divorce done for a reasonable price, not be treated like a fool,belittled, degraded, by a person like toni damiano.
stay far away from toni and francesca, they will bill you and bill you and you will pay and pay and when you have no $ left, you will have have spent $50,000 , nothing will be settled, and she will drop you as a client so fast you won't even know what happened.
emails will go back-and-fforth till you have no money left.
every time toni has a meeting with you, she says " you know i had to cancel a lunch or dinner for this that i had made a long time ago to make time for you." she said this to me several times. i caught on, because francesca , toni's mini me, was saying the same thing to me when we had a meeting, francesca would say "you know i had to cancel a serious doctor appointment to meet with you."
toni damiano walks around her office like the "queen of england "sticks her head in an office wherever a client is, and yells out in her disgusting effort to embarrass the client,," you know you owe me money right? you better pay it soon!"
she loves to embarrass and belittle her clients, like i said, nothing but a true slumlord,
ask and ask, told to be quiet, or stop asking the questions.
the emails and invoices you will receive are written in the smallest illegible font, so you can't figure out the billing ,you will need a magnifying glass.
i was materially misled prior to executing the retainer agreement.
toni damiano, is professional while you are signing retainer agreement and giving her the deposit check, then she becomes the ultimate b*t*h.

then scheming begins, and never stops..the quality and tone of professionalism goes out the door and it starts immediately. the deceit, lies, cunning and sly scheming that she and francesca yuppa have perfected begins and never stops, and then she will dump you,&file a substitution of attorney, because you're out of money.
toni's son, luke, passes him off as the office manager who does the billing, and she has expertly instructed him to insert double billing every here and there so you will never notice. toni refused to file a subpoena "for pendente lite " for me so i could pay my monthly bills .
, "pendente lite" is a subpoena needs to be filed immediately , so the person with little money in divorce , has access to $ to pay their bills . asking toni many times, and sending emails " i have no money , "toni ,& francesca they never answered those emails.
toni damiano, does this in an effort because she thinks she will not notice and you are a fool .
toni and francesca right there emails in faint blue color so they cannot be copied .further limiting transparency and accountability.
very sneaky toni damiano, and francesca yuppa are " masters of deception "
"if you have $50,000 that you would like to donate to toni damiano, and have absolutely nothing done on your case, use toni.
her mini me, francesca has been molded by toni.has molded francesca perfectly and so has the rest of her staff .
francesca and toni work as a team, they will mislead you, deceive you, tell you not to ask them any questions and "don't be a puppet pulling the strings."
they manipulate everything, and they have everybody in their pocket . toni damiano,'s son is the mayor of little falls. toni&francesca are the most disgusting, money hungry attorneys.
