We were told that they don't sell any light product, which surprised all of us but we decided that it was just a "hipster-kinda-weird-go-ecological-thang" As there were the 3 of us visiting "Luxan"this day we had one Flambée each. One with mussels and tomato, one with bacon and mushrooms and the third with spinach and olives. OMG-they were soooo good!!!! Especially the one with bacon and mushrooms. There was a salad buffet with fresh plums which I thoroughly enjoyed - the plums tasted similar to the ones in America but they were shaped and colored differently. I had about 4 in total, they were so refreshing. I didn't love my hamburger and stopped eating it because it was dry, overcooked and not very tasty, so that's another reason why I ate so many plums. We met a very nice gentlemen at the table next to us named Sven Svensson who proceeded to point out the mayor of the city sitting across the restaurant. He also shared some fun facts about Vaxjo which we enjoyed immensely.
