I repeatedly asked her to be gentler, to no avail. She kept leaving the room to go to reception. Ordinarily this would be annoying, however, in this case it offered me relief from the awful massage. The day after the massage, my shoulders and back were very painful. I've given the experience one star, though that seems to be too high a rating.
