Some areas look renovated, but over all the locker rooms, showers, pool area, and general over view is that it hasn't been updated since I visited in 1997 (or before) with my bff and her dad when I was 14.

Come to find out, that apparently one needs to sign a form to complete the membership cancellation, but never once were we told that. When speaking with Tiffany a few days later, as no one could help us besides her and Elizabeth apparently, she instantly became beligerent and did not care to hear what I had to say. Instead she acted like a 2 year old instead of a professional, and hung the phone on me and said that never in 15 years has she had to deal with anything like a cancellation issue for a customer. Apparently Tiffany and crew do not spend time reading the reviews people leave for their business, as it has become quite clear to me that many other people have had the same experiences as me, and it appears as though all Tiffany and crew want, is to make the almighty dollar instead of being a place of sound repute. I hope it was worth alienating customers and losing business, instead of working together on a resolution. Apparently business is good enough where they don't need to care about repeat customers, or with losing business from possible new customers who will be told all about their lack of professioinal demeanor.

The space is large with plenty of space for both weights and cardio. There is also a large turf pace. The equipment is state of the art and I really like the automatic rep and timer on the machines. I also enjoy the two different spots of weights and how much room there is in between the cardio and weight machines. The locker rooms are slightly smaller then other locations, but they are set up very nice. There is a sauna by 3 degrees which is fantastic. Something new is the recovery room which I was able to try. I believe there is an extra cost above the membership. I highly recommend the location!

This is shady as hell and is a pure BS policy. It's sad that for this one reason alone I do not recommend them.
