After an exchange of messages from the owner "Jerry P." I would NOT recommend using his services…read morefor both the photobooth and other any other service that he offers. He is unprofessional on so many levels and makes up lies to cover his tracks. I spoke with my friend after she had come back from her honeymoon and was also dissatisfied with his services. Stating he had reviewed with her and she was content I was lead to believe that was true. However, this is false on all accounts. Patrons, please be aware of this kind of behavior from his vendor. Dove Canyon, you are doing your venue a major disservice by allowing this type of vendor and behavior linked to you venue. If you want to book more weddings and have more happy couples at the end, consider this as a notification that there are some services that you should review for quality. This is the conversation I had with him in full detail: Jerry's Message: Hi Tien Thanks for your review, I think it will be helpful for the future. On some of your points I would like you to know that We can control where we are told to set up. Also I went through the photos and talked with the client. There did not seem to be any issues? I know folks have several types of booths or not booths homemade and the like. I do not see and it can not be that 5 to 10 inches? Were cut off. These are 2 x6 strips. Now in thinking about it,maybe we were not there. I would also like to point out photo booths are for close up head shots. Again ,this is all in what and what kind of pictures you are taking ,we were not doing open air. Now for the scrap book, again that is in your thinking, ours is when we leave it out with no help we get 1 picture per page. Do you think 75 pages is what a bride would want? I do understand your remarks which were intended to hurt my staff and business. I mean what can you say to your opinion. I just do not know what to fix, as my main concern is providing the client with what they want and expect. I did that. Thanks so much! I hope we can be friends in the future Happy Days Jerry My Response: Jerry, Please note: "I do not see and it can not be that 5 to 10 inches?" - This is the actual area within your booth, not on the strips. When the directions are, stay in the shot, you expect it to print out the same. but it doesn't. "Do you think 75 pages is what a bride would want?" - Please don't make assumptions on the ability of guests to make concise decisions on their page for the scrapbook. " I do understand your remarks which were intended to hurt my staff and business." - Please note, this is constructive criticism on the professional aspect of a business. when you represent a business or are selling a product, you do want to mind your presence. And Jerry, the intent was not for us to be friends. You are a business. You provide a service, let us keep it that way and mind professionalism. Jerry's Response: One more time ,because you are wrong .Lets be pros here Tien. I have photos from this event with 4-5 guests and family in the shot! How is that possible? Could it have been YOU! But ,I cannot wait to here your answer Tien Now I will not debate a scrap book that was approved by my client and sent pictures of and talked about. Now, Tien ,should it be the way YOU want it or the client? Please let me know. Once again making unprofessional comments with no knowledge. Finally, My staff dress in suits. Fully knowledgeable and treat everyone with respect. I cannot debate your opinion. But, once again this was not shared my other guests and especially my clients or the family. But, does that matter. Probably not since you did not address that in your response. So to finish ,before I post my response on Yelp. I am happy with how the pictures came out. How the scrap book came out and how my staff acted. And more than anything how Happy my clients and the family were. I will continue the same way doing what my clients wants as I have for 23 years. I am pleased and want to thank you for your opinion and understand why you will not be hiring us for your wedding."

I emailed him continuously with many different questions and he was always patient with me. Their booth had a great look, large and comfortable (brand new). They also designed a great layout and logo to go with our wedding colors and theme. At the end of the night, they even gave us a USB thumb drive with all of the jpegs from the evening. We would highly recommend PhotoBooths 'R' Fun to anyone, and would certainly use them again in the future. P.S. Jerry even reduced the price from the deal for us as a wedding gift.

First they arrived an hour late to the pre photoshoot which was an extra fee due to distance. Our photographs were shared on their social media for promotion before we even viewed them and before the actual Quinceañera. After three months I got the photos and they were good unfortunately the video was not. The "video" consists of 2 cameras set to record facing one space ( you get either view on video). For the reception, video cameras were set just facing the dance floor and nothing else, no footage of the venue, cake, other guests, dinner, sweet tables, not even my daughters entrance since her entrance started at the entrance of the venue. Even worse, I was told that I should've specified that I wanted a videographer that picks up the camera and moves around to capture everything since that would've required different equipment. They are nice people but I wanted a Videographer as well and not just a photographer and Paul did both.
