Bill takes all the measurements and shows you other photos of previous work done and shows you samples for you to decide on. Suzett calls a few days later to inform you on how the process works. On schedule Suzett calls again to set up an appointment for installation. Installation day comes and Randy and Trey show up on time for the installation on a very hot day. Randy and Trey install the enclosure, clean up the entire area and then show us how the enclosure works and how to maintain it. We were given a tote bag with some cleaning supplies, a tool to make it easier if needed to use the enclosure and a set of detailed instructions on how to use the enclosure year round and how to maintain it. The day after the installation Suzett calls to do a follow up and to answer any questions you might have.
