Since then I have called a dozen times and sent as many emails to get it scheduled. All I get is run around and how they will check with Angelo and give me a call when they can schedule it. Honestly it's not even worth it. They are unprofessional, have no follow up, don't honor their word and are full of it. I'm just sorry I ever gave them my business. Maybe their commercial clients get better work and services, residential jobs seem to not be their area of expertise.

After I got the contact, I reached out to Frank who picked up my call immediately. He proceeded to come to my house in the next 30 minutes to take a look at the work I wanted to done. Not only did I find out that he was providing me a great price to source the new trees, plant and care for them, he was going to do this in 3 days. Jim came and gave us an initial estimate and we moved forward. While it took longer than expected to schedule the work (the only negative part of the experience), Jim periodically called us to update us on timing and even came by again to reconfirm the exact work we needed. On the day of work, Jim and his team arrived early and the crew did an excellent and precise job. The masonry really looks and feel brand new. We are very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to our friends. Ultimately, it was very worth the wait. This is a high quality, local company that I wouldn't hesitate to work with again.
