Real Italians and Real Coffee!…read more What a nice find. A great little cafe to really get a true "European" experience. It always makes me laugh when you have an authentic Italian cafe no matter what country you're in.....yet no Italians are there. In Ingolstadt, that all changes. The city is already one of the nicest in Germany, so sweetening that up with a little Italian cafe makes it even better. Simply put....they make great coffee here. One of the better I've had in Germany. They also have a nice food selection for small snacks and light meals. Focaccia bread pizza, pannini, etc. There's also a full bar if you come back in the evening. Overall just a great little place to stop and take it easy or meet up with friends as I did. You'll see a lot of Audi employees fueling up here before heading to work. That's good because they know where to go! Plenty of outdoor seating makes warm days very relaxing and unlike anything I could find at home......they got warm wraps to borrow if you still sit outside when it's cold. Only downside is that it gets packed inside....especially when a soccer match is on, and the bathrooms are really tiny. Just be aware. Extra tip: Try the lemon soda.....so good!

Let's face it, Germans just don't do Mexican food. Either they can't find the ingredients, can't…read moreread the recipes or they just don't care to make decent food that's not made from pork. Whatever it is, you shouldn't expect much from wherever you are in the fatherland. So, no surprises at el chico. Margaritas are ok and the fajitas are the best thing on the menu (but they are not fajitas in the Tex-Mex sense).

The Thai dishes were better with a little taste even though they had the same vegetables as all the other dishes. Carrots and soya bean sprouts must have been cheap. On the positive side is the price of the dishes. It is not expensive at all. So if you want some Asian inspired dishes and you know what they should taste like, avoid this place. If you are German and you want some stuff that sounds Asian go for it.
