This place is an absolute gem…read more I came here as an author/ reader for a children's book story time, and then again, for the festival for children of different abilities. It's clear to see the people who work in this place are passionate about what they do, and you can see it in their work. They go above and beyond putting on events and they have great communication and organization skills. Just coming to the festival, I was able to see how much work and thought was put into it. They had so many vendors and different booths set up, they also had snacks and hot dogs and a petting zoo, face painting and even a sensory room that had the lights off and soothing music for children who might get overstimulated otherwise. I am very impressed. I go to a lot of different masjids and community centers, and although there are a lot that are very beautiful/ new, what you really need at the heart of it is people who are passionate and care about doing what they do. It really is a calling. The community in this area are blessed and extremely lucky to have a place like this.

However, working with Gabriella was quite unpleasant. She seemed irritated from the beginning and we never felt like we were welcome with her. She seemed annoyed when she found out that someone in the wedding party was in a wheelchair. She didn't make an attempt to learn names. I understand there are a lot moving parts to coordinating the wedding, but she could at least try to be more pleasant. Overall, the wedding was beautiful, but her bad attitude could use improvement.

I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but a better example of God's love for us could not be found anywhere. Her touch, her voice, her love, her concern, and her excitement in sharing the love of Jesus was truly the hands and heart of Jesus being shown through a child of his. Again I am sorry I forgot this dear Sister's name, but God knew who I was praying about in my prayers last evening. Thanks be to her, but more importantly thanks be to God.
