They even let things get go bad that a company garnished our wages. We finished our contract 2 years ago and as of today they are still messing up my life. We have 1 credit card and they changed our address to there's. I have paid it off every month for the last 2 years. We moved things were forgotten and I was late on the payment by 3 days. They contacted that creditor and changed our amount. We had to spend an hour with help to get our address corrected and get them off our account. They were never to touch that account from the beginning. Now we have to wait just to get back to where we were.

And they still charged me service fees for "working" on that account. Plus it's extremely difficult to get anyone to call you back when you call and ask to speak with someone.
