Citing a "policy change" and without so much as 72-hours notice, they abruptly discontinued services. This is unconscionable. Spectrum is clearly more concerned with the cost of their insurance vs. the needs and well-being of their clients. That may work when selling widgets, but they're jeopardizing people's lives with their shameful practices. Thankfully, there are plenty of firms in the Portland area that offer home care for seniors. I would strongly advise anyone/everyone to find a firm other than Spectrum.
