We contacted JJ Enterprises for an estimate on concrete repair work of our front steps. Greg came…read moreout, looked at the job and provided some great recommendations, which we were eager to move forward with. Greg then referred us to an independent sub contractor. A few days later we met with Lee, and reviewed Greg's recommendations with him. Lee gave us a reasonable price quote and we were ready to move forward. We never heard from Lee again. Since we didn't have Lee's contact information, we continued to message and call Greg. who was responsive and continued to say that he was forwarding our messages. That's where it was left- we were completely ghosted and wasted over a month waiting. We are highly disgusted with this poor business practice. If you decide you don't want to take on a project, because it's not a big enough ticket job $$$ be honest and up front about it.
