What sets Sharon apart is her unmatched marketing package. The professional photography and videography were stunning, but it didn't stop there. Our home was featured across Instagram, Facebook posts, Stories, and Reels, paired with gorgeous printed brochures that elevated the entire presentation. Her social media reach goes far beyond Union County, drawing serious buyers from Westfield, surrounding towns, and even NYC boroughs. Sharon knows how to price, position, and promote a luxury home--and how to negotiate with confidence. She is organized, communicative, and incredibly strategic, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her expertise, our home sold within the first weekend of exclusive showings. There are many good agents, but Sharon is a top real estate agent and an absolute standout. We recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in Cranford, Westfield, or the surrounding areas.

She is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent you will ever work with. We were first-time buyers relocating from NYC, and the process felt intimidating, overwhelming and unclear until Sharon entered the picture. We were referred to Sharon and told that she was "the Queen of Cranford real estate." And boy did she live up to that title with 100% accuracy - and that doesn't even capture just how special she truly is. From our first conversation, Sharon treated us like we were her only clients. She even scheduled a 90-minute call just to walk us through a sample contract, line by line, answering every question we had with patience and clarity (before we even stepped foot in a prospective house). Her goal wasn't to sell us a house quickly - her goal was to empower us, educate us, and help us find the right home for us. We immediately felt safe, cared for, informed, and most importantly, we felt heard and respected. One of Sharon's greatest strengths is her ability to meet people where they are. She took the time to understand both my husband and me as individuals - our personalities, our priorities, even the way we process information, and she seamlessly blended our needs into a unified vision (she's a pro people). She became the perfect bridge between our perspectives, ensuring we both felt heard, understood, and excited about every step. Sharon really took the time to get to know us as a couple. She asked thoughtful questions, picked up on our preferences before we verbalized them, and quickly became someone we trusted implicitly. She was consultative without ever being pushy. At every showing, she was already two steps ahead, zeroing in on the features we'd care about most and steering us away from anything that would be a mismatch. Her insight saved us time and frustration, and was much appreciated throughout every step of the process. She always presented the pros and cons of every single property and respected our pace and comfort. She is a straight shooter, absolutely hilarious and so fun to be around and work with. Weekend home tours with her became the highlight of our week. She is an absolute joy to work with. She showed us homes throughout Cranford, Westfield and Berkeley Heights (but we REALLY wanted Cranford). Before she even showed us the house we now call home, she knew it was the one for us. Sharon had an uncanny ability to understand exactly what we were looking for and her instinct for what would resonate with us was nothing short of remarkable. Sharon understood our must-haves and deal-breakers so deeply that we often found ourselves nodding in agreement before she even finished pointing them out. She would walk into a home and know instantly whether or not it was a fit for us - she truly has a gift for reading her clients. Her intuitive grasp of what we wanted in a home made the process feel effortless. So much so that the second we stepped foot in our house, we knew instantly that it was our forever home. Her support didn't stop after we found the house. She guided us throughout the negotiation and offer process with ease and confidence. We knew that we had Sharon in our corner every step of the way. Thanks to her guidance, expansive network, and expertise, we bought our dream home in Cranford. Sharon is the absolute BEST realtor in Union County for a reason: * Her deep knowledge and expertise in the local market is unmatched. * She has a dream team network of referrals - our inspector and attorney were both phenomenal. * Her communication and transparency are absolutely flawless. (we loved that she was always available whenever we needed her or had a question via text and phone) * Her emotional intelligence and ability to guide you through the rollercoaster of buying a home is a superpower in real estate. She treated us like family. And now, after months of laughs, learning, and milestones together, we're lucky to call her a close friend. We still can't believe how lucky we were to find her. If you're looking to buy a home in Cranford or anywhere in Union County don't settle. Work with Sharon Steele. She's not just a top real estate agent - she's a unicorn. Thank you Sharon (and Angela!) for all that you've done and continue to do for us! We love you so much.

David was very thorough in his research to price and market the home which sold for $12,000 less than listed (1.7%) and in about 50 days. Our house was totally modernized with the exception of two rooms which, had we taken David's original recommendation to take up the carpets and have them repainted, he would have sold the house even faster. After being on the market for 30 days we took his advice spent $6000 on the two rooms and sold the house the following weekend. He even helped us to get the work done quickly with very capable contractors. In summary David Realty did a great job and made the recommendations necessary to sell the house for a great price in a tight timeframe. You should use these people to Sell your home.

I have directly asked all of our existing agents (36 in total) if they dealt with you or your significant other during your apartment search back in 2012 and nobody has any recollection of working with you or receiving a message from you, etc. I am thinking you may have dealt with an agent that no longer works with us for whatever reason or maybe left a message with someone we had temporarily filling in during summer hours. By chance, do you remember who you may have spoken with? I know this is from a long time ago, but I would like to get to the bottom of this. We take great pride in helping people sell, buy and rent and we truly hate that you had such a bad experience with us. Thanks, Janine I didn't respond at the time, not being sure of the name of the person with whom I interacted and deciding that it's actually not my job to investigate. The above is pretty different from telling me that you do not believe I ever interacted with your company. I insist that it was, in fact your company, and reject your claim that I am mistaken in my identification of the issue. If the person with whom my now-husband and I interacted was the owner at that time, then so be it. My husband and I were treated in the aforementioned manner by a male representative of this company, and I wanted to let renters looking for apartments to know that this company was less than interested in helping us. It appears that you have since that time garnered some very positive reviews, and I am glad for that. However, my experience and my opinion still stand.
