Jen made Chris and I feel 100% at ease, comfortable with camera, and delivered images that blew us away. I am beyond grateful to have the images that Jen took be the representation of our wedding. Our photos were delivered quickly, with a preview post the day after the wedding, a blog post a few weeks later, followed by the full collection! I really couldn't have asked for a better photographer!

Long story short, Jen takes beautiful photos. Any photographer can take beautiful staged photos, but it takes a true photographer to capture her subjects' raw emotions on film, and Jen does just that! I always look forward to her event albums and the silly candid photos. (: ...By the way, did I mention that Jen also takes the most wonderful close-ups of food?! Seriously, I could eat her photos up. :Q Beyond that, Jen is very gracious and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her in an actual photo session. Thanks for sharing your work with us, Jen!

We were overwhelmed by how many amazing photos we got, and friends and family can't stop commenting about how great the photography was. The portraits and detail shots were amazing, but the candid shots were our favorites. I think that's the most important--anyone with some basic skill can get the portraits, but it's really special to have a photographer who was able to get all those special non-posed moments (not just of us, but of our guests). Looking at the photos is really like reliving the day. Katie is also awesome to work with on the day of. She has great vibes and as soon as she arrived she got straight to business taking detail shots. She had the clear attitude that she knew what she was doing, and the photos prove it. She got along with everyone and communicated well before, during, and after. 11/10 would recommend!

Jen is an amazing photographer.  She has the ability to capture the most stunning pictures…read more I found Jen by browsing for photographers online, she only had 2 reviews on yelp but her portfolio was so impressive and her laid back style was exactly what I was looking for. I live in Chicago, but wanted our photos done in Madison. Strictly communicating by email we were able to set up a photo shoot that very week. I thought there was no way we would get a great picture, we have three small children (and a dog!) that are not the easiest to photograph, but she managed to get them in these amazing shots, capturing everyones personalities. She was patient and calm, Jen made it all look and feel so easy. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone.  She is truly a gifted photographer, especially with children. She is extremely creative, flexible, friendly and patient. Our session with her was productive and fun.

Our child was immediately drawn to Jen, who is is patient, versatile and not only willing but wanting to collaborate with her young subject. By the time the session was over, my child wanted to be a photographer! Waiting to see those proofs felt like the days before Christmas. Jen produced them with great timeliness and they left us absolutely speechless. Not only is Jen a personable professional in a session setting, she is a serious artist. We're eager to book another session with her.

He was very responsive when listening to what we were hoping to achieve and found an option that fit our budget. We had a few travel and medical schedules that caused a reschedule, but he was very considerate and understanding when we spoke a few weeks ahead of time. He wore a mask for our session and appropriately socially distanced (much appreciated during COVID times with family members of all ages). He travels light, which really speaks to his ability and talent to get incredible shots, both formal and candid. Will heartily and happily recommend him to friends and family.

We were upfront about what we wanted and didn't want, which ensured that we were on the same page from the start. From our first FaceTime session with them, we had the feeling that they shared our vision for our wedding photographs. A week or two before our wedding, we sent them a list of photographs we desired, and they worked with us to recommend an agenda so that we would be able to get all of the pictures in the time we had allotted. The day of the wedding, it was clear that they had actually read through our list and had a plan in their heads. They executed their plan flawlessly. We got through the photos we had on our list in way less time than we had planned for, which allowed us to get additional photographs. They photographed for 8 hours total. We got our photos 2-3 weeks after our wedding, and we were so happy with them! Sarah and Todd captured so many candid moments of us and our guests that we would have missed or forgotten otherwise.
