I guess I should actually start leaving them, seeing as how important it is for us yelpers. With that being said, I felt the need to post about this dental practice and how uncomfortable and appalled I was, at witnessing something that occurred this morning. Even though it has nothing to do with the quality of care this place gives. Unless we're talking about the care toward their staff. While waiting to check out, a couple of people (mainly a man) was being extremely confrontational and rude toward a young lady that was trying to help everyone get out of there. He demanded that his mother get her stuff (I didn't hear what she needed from this office) and be checked out first. The room was full of people and the girl was doing what she could, on her own. Things escalated with the man, and he wanted to file a report against the young lady. Another lady with black hair (in a bun) and with a hunched back, gave him the forms. What I don't understand is why this other lady, I think her name was Lisa, didn't come out to help the other girl to de escalate the situation with that man? Why didn't she come out to help her with all the people waiting to leave? This man was out of line. His character was deplorable towards that girl. He had no right to act uncouth and entitled. I don't know, maybe that lady doesn't work in that department. Whatever the situation, this girl should have had a manager or supervisor come to her defense. It can be scary to deal with a person such as that heathen. At the very least, have more people working in that department so patients don't get frustrated at the wait times. I felt so bad for that girl and got upset at myself, after the fact, for not having said anything in her defense. To the girl with the black medium length hair with glasses, that had to deal with that I'll mannered man, I'm truly sorry that I didn't tell that man to calm down, and wait to be helped like the rest of us. Couldn't he see you are just ONE persosn?!

Chris was the young doctor we saw. He answered all her questions during the consult with professionalism and humor. He never rushed her, in fact, told her this was her time. He made her (and me) comfortable about the procedure. The day of surgery, everything was great. The doctor told me everything I needed to know and what had happened. He gave her her teeth! (ew!) He gave me his personal number in case I had any concerns. (WHAT!?!) The following day she had large blood clots which were not mentioned and they had me nervous. I texted a pic to Chris, saying, "Should I be concerned?" not 20 seconds later.... on a Saturday afternoon.. my phone rang. He assured me it was normal. I'm in awe of this doctor and his ability to reassure his patients and their nervous moms! This kind of treatment is unheard of and I can't say enough good about him. If you have to have oral surgery... You can't go wrong with him. If the office is seeing this... Thank you all! I really appreciate you.

The front office staff is just as amazing, especially Martha. She truly went above and beyond in ways you rarely see anymore. She stayed on top of me to make sure I didn't miss appointments, knew I had a habit of running late, and jumped through hoops to help keep me on track -- without ever making me feel uncomfortable or judged. She even took the extra step to coordinate with my wife and my dad (who I work with) to make sure I could get to my appointments on time. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find. What really sets this office apart is that everyone here truly cares about your well-being. This is not one of those places where you feel rushed or treated like just another patient for a paycheck. This doctor talked me into buying a tooth guard I didn't want and didn't need. He was insisting I grind my teeth. I was telling him I think I grinded my teeth in the past but I don't think I do it anymore. I don't know why I doubted myself. I should have seen the red flag when I asked him how much it is and he said "I don't know." When I finished my cleaning it was on the bill for $450 and I paid it, I can't explain why. I was stupid for doing that, I know. My wife confirmed when I got home that no, I do not grind my teeth any longer. Early the next morning I emailed to cancel. No one replied so I called later in the day and they said there might be a lab fee but the person who deals with the lab is out sick for the week. I called again today 1 week later and she said unfortunately they can't give me any refund. Letting people know I wouldn't trust this place. It is BS that the Dr. didn't know how much they are selling their products for. It is also BS that they "couldn't cancel because the person who does it is out sick." To top it off, this whole past week, no one from their office has called me or emailed back. I've had to be the one to call them each time.

It feels super deep cleaning and I prefer it to traditional teeth cleaning. I recently moved away, but I still always make sure to come back to this location because I feel the most comfortable and taken care of with this dentist. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and insightful. I always look forward to coming to the dentist. They have done a lot for my teeth to make sure everything looks perfect.
