This Post Office is located within the Tower Ramparts shopping centre in the centre of Ipswich…read moreTown, on the upper floor. It has a small cashier desk for buying the products within the shop which looks small but is deceptive, there are a lot of items in a fairly small place. There is a seating area for anyone waiting for a Friend or in need of a rest with a ledge to write out your postal orders etc although there do seem to be some regular homeless people who congregate here. Then round the corner there are approx 10 tills with an automated voice letting you know which ones are free, all the staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The staff seem to be very pushy with the post office credit card and even when you tell them you are not interested they give you paperwork and continue to try and sell it to you. They have a fast system so even if there is a big queue you will be served fast.
