At this particular shop the staff has been pleasant and (as you would expect in this part of the world) VERY child-friendly. The only downside is the presence of smokers in this mecca of afternoon culinary delights. This is arguably a divisive issue but at some point I personally hope they will take notice of the world having moved on... My only other wish is international expansion for this brand!!!
