You'll start off warming up rather it's on the (I call it the standing vibrator but I'm not sure what it's called, it's great, just don't look at your thighs while you're on it, might make you feel ... jiggly ) , the back roller (also probably messing the name up) , TENS unit (I think I nailed that one) , and maybe some resistance bands exercises and finally ending with some adjustments with the man himself, Dr. Shelly. Overall, I am very comfortable here, one would say almost to comfortable because I'm pretty sure they have to wake me up every time I'm on (what I call ) the back roller or tens unit. 10/10 highly recommend this office/doctor for all your chiropractic needs!
