My particular case involved some very serious charges, with possible consequences of incarceration of up to 40 years. I immediately asked my bond agent who was the best defense attorney in the state of Arkansas. They had no hesitation and told me to call Norwood and Norwood. I felt like I was dealing with the opposing attorney and not MY attorney she was making arguments for the opposing team constantly it was ridiculous. We didn't get the ball rolling effectively until I guided her on how she should be making the arguments to the opposing team and it was clearly too difficult for her. She failed us repeatedly but thankfully felt incompetent for the case and dropped us as her client as she stated we did not agree with many terms but now we may be looking at being at a worse standing point for having hired her.
