Trying to get my…read moredeposit back from a property I rented through them (& overpaid rent!) and have been met with time wasting, lack of professionalism, and lack of knowledge of their trade. No entry or exit schedule of condition for the property, wrong pictures, not fulfilling their duties.... The list goes on & on... Fortunately the Deposit Protection Scheme will return my money but it's taken 4 months and counting.
