The 2nd appeared to be working where I found the dresses. I asked for assistance and was met with indifference. No smile. The 3rd was at the register. She was pleasant at checkout but was preoccupied initially with colleague banter. Overall I would go again and hope for a more pleasant experience.

She stated she would be reaching out to coordinate it -- and then never followed up. No call. No email. No resolution. Tuesday, November 12th, evening: my young children and I browsed the store as I was looking for a functional and cute mom purse. The store was bright and neat. I found a great selection of items. At the customer service checkout counter, we met Ginny, a customer service manager. Ginny was professional, kind to my kids and myself, and helpful. She gracefully showed myself and the cashier trainee (who was also professional and nice) how to locate in-store coupons on the JCPenney app. The price for my purse and turtleneck ended up being very reasonable for great quality. It may just be how they do business for this team, but I truly appreciate the shopping experience. Thank you.
