It was how I felt I was treated and represented, especially having another lawyer recently. My recent lawyer treated me well and spoke to me with respect. Randy is more than allowed to have his feelings on the situation and I am mine. And my perception was that it was not handled with care and I went to someone to help me with my "proposed argument" and guide me through a very scary experience, which he ultimately made worse for me. Lawyers do not have control of the outcome of the court. In that same breath, I felt berated after my mediation because he felt I did not answer the questions to his liking. This was mine and my family's experience that I am reviewing. And I don't think a referral would apologize because the courts just didn't agree. I'm glad he had pleasant experiences with other customers, but mine was not as such. Luckily now, my child's other parent and I co-parent easily and are able to get along and fix the schedule on an as need basis. Without getting courts and lawyers involved.
