She arrived immediately after we requested a change of physician and repeatedly attempted to pressure us into retaining her while making it clear that she had not even read his file. If we hadn't been there to stop her, she would've pulled the new pacemaker's leads out of his heart due to her negligence. Revoke this woman's license. Do not allow her to "treat" anyone else. I have not received the results of this critical MR/CP yet.Hopefully, I will get the results of the MR/CP soon.I hope I never have to deal with the non-existent, unconcerned, uncommunicative, un responsive Dr. Samuel in the future.
