They replaced the first 2 duds but when I contacted them a couple of months later with a couple of more faulty disposable e-cigs, they never responded, after several email attempts. And these cigarettes aren't cheap!! Each one is $12 so when I spend $500 on a huge order, I expect them to replace the duds. Very disappointing because I used to recommend these e-cigs to family and friends but will no longer do so due to their horrible customer service.
