For those of you who are familiar with the Zurich flea-market, I'd say that the vibe of the Winterthur market is more relaxed, in general, to that of ZH's and, as a result, I found the Winti scene much more inviting. We came back around 2pm and found that most of the prices in the shops had been dropped by half. The sellers are looking to make a sale before the market closes so I would recommend trying your luck a little before closing time. At the end of it all we found an antique collectible toy car, an old print, a small decorative vase and an antique mug all for 27 CHF.
