My truck suddenly dies in the parking lot. I found C&D, a sweet woman pickup up the phone and gave me a number for a tow truck and said I can swing by. The tow company was Dave's towing or something like that. They were good too, came within 10min of me calling. When I was serving at the shop inside the tow truck, first impression was clean and tidy. The mechanic and everyone else were so kind. They fixed my truck within 45min and gave me a heck of a deal. I would drive back to them just to do regular work if I could. Awesome service and wonderful people at this shop!

It was disappointing that Asher Automotive basically told me that it was not caused by them and it was my problem to resolve. The owner, Mr. Asher, directly told me that he would try to repair, and then did advise me that he had welded the broken plastic dashboard. When I got my truck back, no repair had been attempted. I will never use Asher Automotive again.

That's all we wanted fixed. We received an estimate for $2900 dollars for all kinds of things that we didn't ask for. Plus they charged diagnostic testing twice for all their findings. This was after we paid, a week earlier, $2400 for a brake job on the same vehicle! We paid the diagnostic charge of $160 and took our truck home latch not fixed. Also said the cost of the latech was $150 and we had already looked on line and the highest price was $14.99. Be aware of this business. They really take advantage of people.

He truly cared about getting my son back on the road safely. Reliable, honest, and responsive service. I highly recommend Boss24hr Tire and Roadside to anyone needing dependable roadside assistance.

Talked to Chico and he blamed the water leaking from the radiator cap and boiling water that we could hear on a bad gasket in the radiator cap. Had a different mechanic look at it who said they should have done a pressure test and replaced the thermostat... called Chico back and he said he only did what I told him was broken. If I was a mechanic I wouldn't need to take my vehicle to a shop to be repaired. I trusted Chico to fix what I knew was broken as well as anything else that might leave me and my kids stranded on the side of the road. Turns out the thermostat is stuck and there is possibly damage done to the head gaskets. I just spent another $2000 at this shop approximately a month ago on a brake job and some odds and ends repair.

We pulled over at a Buc-ee's and called a tow truck through Triple A. Jeff came to get us a couple hours later and kindly took us to a motel down the street (literally less than a mile) because we were uncomfortable with driving it in that condition. Jeff was super friendly and even waited for us to check into our room at the motel before he unloaded our car. Once unloaded, he gave us really helpful tips on how we could get our car taken care of first thing in the morning along with giving us his card/number. He even proceeded to text us the next morning at 7 AM to let us know he would be there at 730 AM to pick the car up. He arrived on time and loaded the car up and took it down the road to have it looked at early so we could get on our way. The people at the front desk were cordial and the other Jeff that worked on our car was very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to rip me off even though we were essentially stranded. Honest mechanic and staff make for a trustworthy business. I would 100% recommend them for any auto work or tow issues. They never tried to up sell me or pull any tricks even though we were in a bad situation in the middle of nowhere. Could have taken advantage of two young kids but instead just restored my faith in humanity and kindness. I had bad spark plugs and needed them replaced. Everything was done in an hour and a half and we walked out saving a lot of money. Thanks Jeff and Jeff for your help.
