My car was taken care of in a quick and timely manner. There was a big dent in my door. It ended up needing the door replaced. The paint match was excellent. And mark and the staff are very friendly. The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They received payment on July 29, 2020 - I contacted Mark 2 weeks later and he had not even received parts for the vehicle. He also stated he wasn't aware he had received payment until my son contacted him a week prior. Ummm, ok... Well, it's a month later and my son was told he could get the car on Aug 28th but when he called, the car needed to be repainted cause whoever painted it, did so in the wrong color. WOW! Not even joking folks. My son went to pick up the car this morning and it's filthy!! The car is covered in dust, inside and outside. And on top of that, the tail light is not the same as the one on the other side! So, these retards not only ordered the wrong tail light, they installed it as if no one would notice!! Yea, that happened. I told my son NOT to pay the $250 deductible to this con artist and demand that he fix the tail light. I am in another state but I called Mark to let him know my son would NOT be paying for this HORRIBLE work. They didn't even have the decency to clean the freaking car!! My son has been without his car for an entire month now and at this point he just needs it back. Even with the wrong tail light cause it would probably take another 3 weeks to do that. I recommend Mark's Collision Center as they did an awesome job on my son's vehicle. The truck was done before the time Mark estimated. On February 26, 2013 I was rear ended by someone who carried AAA Insurance. We had an estimate from Mark's Collision Center, 7086 Southeastern Ave, Indpls, IN 46239 for $2352.07. Sue Kadel from AAA did a damage assessment on 3-12-13 for $2851.43. On March 22nd we took the van to Mark's and picked up the rental vehicle from Hertz. A week later Mark's called and stated that my vehicle was done. When my husband went to pick up the van, he was charged $2851.43 even though the estimate from Mark's was for $2352.07. There was no itemized bill or anything to explain the difference. Also, we noticed after getting home that there were numerous defects in the paint job. There is a large area of "orange peel", overspray on the back window, paint lines around the rear bumper molding, an area of discolored paint, and areas of red paint showing from the recycled rear hatch, The rear bumper on the passenger side is also sticking out. My husband and son took the van back to Mark's on April 3rd and Mark admitted that there were problems with the paint and they tried to correct it. Instead of making "it right", they just sent the van home with us; I presume hoping that we would not notice the defects. My husband asked about another rental car for me to use while these issues were corrected. Mark was adamant that he would not pay for a rental car. He was going to check with AAA and tell them that there was another issue with my van to see if they would pay for the rental car. A week later (April 10th), I went to see Mark since we had not heard anything from him. He stated that he had been very busy. I again asked about a rental car when he asked when I wanted to drop my van off. He again stated that he would not pay for a rental car. He became angry and followed me to my van and asked if I was mad because I thought he had cheated us. I asked for an itemized bill and he stated that we had one. The only things we have are his initial estimate and the damage assessment from AAA.. I told him that that was not the issue. The issue was the substandard paint job that he was reluctant to fix and that he was not going to reimburse us for a rental car. He stated that he had done my husband a big favor and had taken the van for an alignment. We are appalled that a business would conduct themselves in this manner.
