She outright lied to us about having a full-service agency when in actuality, she subcontracted all of the work to freelancers. She is not honest with her approach to selling marketing work and she also is questionable ethics aside (check out her recent post on LinkedIn where she exploits an MLK quote for pitching her business). I'd recommend staying away - investing in her agency was an awful experience for us and she was combative when we tried to part ways.
