Tina has made it a personal joy to make me suffer while trying to time manage appointments. The last cleaning didn't include flossing. I guess the non verbal couching to the hygienist may have contributed to the bullying I get from the staff. Do better. This has been on going for years. If Tina likes you it is probably ok. But if she doesn't you can expect your next appointment to be scheduled 11 months out. And when the owners kick me out of the practice I'll update this review too reflect that customer service as well. Office manager retired and was not replaced. Under staffing is not an excuse too compromise quality care.

After my post-op visit, I stopped at the desk to see what my balance was going to be and was surprised that it was 30% more than I expected. The girl at check-out acted surprised but I think they knew this. When I spoke to the manager/biller, she said she was sorry that I didn't understand?? I guess that's true, I misunderstood what they lead me to believe. I think most offices know what insurance they don't participate with. I don't think they want their patients to be stuck with unexpected bills.
