    This was my experience in this store: Almost two months ago…read moreI was passing by with my boyfriend when we saw this cool wire sofa (Acapulco two seat chair) and we went in to ask about it. After talking to the guy in the store we decide to buy it, we ask if maybe we were able to get the sofa that was already at the store and he reply that we will have to pay 5 times more because of all the sells that he would loose because of not having the "floor sample chair" for people o see it . We say we will order it and wait the four weeks to be deliver, we also pay the full amount of the chair when we ordered. Four weeks passed and we did not hear from the store, we gave them a call to see if the chair arrived, the store reply that probably it will take two to three more weeks to be deliver, we were disappointed but decide to wait for it as we like the sofa so much. Finally we got an email saying that it was in the store for pick up. Today we went to pick it up and we found our sofa in the back of the store still wrap but damage, the wires in the top were tore and some parts the paint was scratch and had corrosion stains. When we ask the person in the store that we were here to pick up or sofa he just pick the floor sample and put it outside for us to take. I ask if the sofa we saw wrap in the back was the one deliver for us but is damage, he said that he was wrapping it to send it to Japan, I said but how come the pice we order is not wrap , was not wrap when sent?, he said we don't get anything wrap. (Hard to believe that a furniture shop does not get their prices wrap, right) He made it quick for us to leave so the other customers will not hear us. After 8 weeks of wait we left with a very bad feeling and a floor sample that actually has a corrosion stain in one leg. : ( Here my feelings about this experience: I feel that I was conned in plain daylight. That I did not get the customer service that I deserved. Unfortunately in this review does not allow you to put zero or negative stars, it would had been helpful in this case.
