It's not a bad cut, they definitely know what they are doing, I'm just disappointed to have paid 40 quid for a cut that looks exactly as the one I walked in with. The salon itself is small, tidy and welcoming. The staff seem to know what they are doing, maybe I just caught them on a bad day, I'm not sure.
