We highly recommend Peter Cossio of HRG if you're considering selling your house in Hoboken. The…read moreprocess of putting your home on the market is always stressful, but with Peter we felt confident about the plan, the marketing and the successful sale. Our 150 yr old row house, previously converted to a 4 family, with driveway, garage and rear carriage house required a strategic analysis and creative marketing plan. Peter's deep understanding of Hoboken real estate and big picture market trends were invaluable in bringing the property to market and then contract within weeks. Peter was professional, straight forward and transparent about his process as he guided and advised us on every detail along the way. He counseled us on how to prep the property and was a great resource in helping us find just the right people to work with. Peter's passion for architecture and knowledge of historic homes is infectious and a great asset in showing and selling buildings of historic importance, of which there are many in Hoboken. We highly recommend him. Ada + Jon

For any event or need I have in NYC, Caroline is my go-to photographer. Exceptional work and even more important, exceptional to work with. In fact, I actually once changed an event date in order to secure her services - that's how good she is. Caroline is affable, approachable and a great communicator. She has a natural instinct to know which images are going to be important and is ahead of the curve in capturing them. She's equally fantastic with proactive questions and ideas. She will help you realize the exact vision you are seeking for your needs be it simply a new headshot to capturing all the angles of a massive event. Skimming through many of her 5 star reviews here, I am not surprised to see so many saying the same thing as me so, allow me to leave you with another tip that you may find helpful.
