This park is reasonably priced with easy access to the freeways and things to do. Its a large park with several spaces. Some parts are the park are well maintained and other parts not as good as they could be, but its more from tenants not doing their part. This park is far and above the best maintained of the entire lot. Watching the energy and effort daily that the staff put not only into daily maintenance but the ongoing improvements has been nothing short of amazing. I've noticed a few similarities in the majority of these comments I feel compelled to make a few myself. Before deciding on this particular RV park we spent almost two weeks traversing the Sacramento area looking for a suitable park and to be honest there were only two that felt right this being the better. It really is an Oasis. The manager is the most frequently mentioned and even though Bruce is an acquired taste the effort and energy he puts into the managing this park is why it is a standout RV Park. The focus is on following the parks rules and if not for these rules the stay here wouldn't be as pleasant. I give this park 5 stars because they've earned every one of them.
