Dr Haslam talked to me as if I were a child and when I explained that I had some bad memories he said "I'm not forcing you to be here". My mental faculties are fine, in fact I continue to mentor graduate students and still contribute to professional journals. Some training in how to relate appropriately to older patients is in order!

I explained when I made the appt. I did not want to waste my time or insurance money with a Dentist that could not do the job I needed.(I had already been down that road a month before) Well when I got in the chair at the appt. Dr.Haslam tells me they need a comprehensive set of x-rays for my entire mouth and this bridge is going to cost tens of thousands of dollars and he will probably need to bring in a surgeon. so they take a couple of x rays and Dr.$$$$ Haslam tells me the same thing again. so I say lets do it! because I need a new bridge. on the way out they make me a 2hr.appt. for comprehensive xrays almost a month out. this bridge is almost falling out and includes 7 teeth. I dont think Dr.Haslam has the experience to take on such a complex job, and just wanted to scare me away. But thanks for wasting my time and insurance money.

I have been a patient there for over 30 years. Dr Jason Greyslak is a Dentist's Dentist just like Dr. Long. It is vital that any dentist be a professional with a deep sense of perfection. His knowledge and experience run deep. I had some teeth out and he called me later at home to make sure I was ok. The staff at the Corvallis Dental Group is full-on professional. Patients do not get out of there with missed pieces of plaque during a cleaning. The front desk makes an effort to remember your name and they are experts on insurance. The dental hygienists are the best of the best. One thing that makes the visits enjoyable is that everyone there has a great sense of humor. Prior to coming to Oregon long ago I had several really bad experiences with dishonest dentists. It was so bad I had to go to the local dental association. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the raw talent available at the Corvallis Dental Group. The only thing I don't like about writing this review is that now lots of people will want to go there and I'll have issues getting an appointment.

Dr. Kennedy refused to provide reasonable accommodation(s) for my disabilities as required per ADA and blatantly discriminated against me based upon my numerous disabilities etc., also major violations of state and federal laws. Peak refused to provide pre-operative pain management and control and again refused to provide a specific plan for treatment of post-operative pain management & control. Dr. broke additional laws by wrongfully instructing me to take more of my chronic pain medications, prescribed separately by my PCP for my severe spinal cord injuries, etc., for off label acute dental pain due to severe dental infections because he didn't want to prescribe narcotics for this ongoing severely acute dental infection pain. Due to Peak Dental's willful gross negligence, medical abuse & neglect, medical malpractice, & medical abandonment, I have now developed life threatening blood infection affecting my heart. There is absolutely no compassion with anyone at Peak Dental. They referred me to OHSU knowing that OHSU is not accepting any new patients even emergency patients. Instead of doing the right thing and performing the required oral surgery, Peak Dental (Dr. Kennedy) decided to dismiss me as a patient to just let me die from the life-threatening dental infection or commit suicide when my military service-related PTSD, depression, and extremely severe acute pain become just too much to endure. Wife plans to sue them all when I die. They lie and say they care for us veterans but in reality, they don't give a crap if we live or die as long as they make a profit and do as little as possible. AVOID this practice at all costs. I will be filing formal complaints and civil suits in the near future assuming I live long enough.
