After more than a month waiting for my reg in the mail. I realized she just straight up did nothing. Then I went to go wait in line at the dmv. They claimed it was because my drivers license was expired. This was never the case. They somehow looked up a 10 year old license from another state instead of the one i gave them when i got the quote and the policy. They have photocopies of that license. They used their screw up as an excuse to raise my rates from 650 to almost a thousand dollars for 6 months and then took of my %20 good driver discount for the same reason. Their screw up. My monthly charge was $200 instead of the $105 i was quoted. I called to clear up the matter and they never cleared it up. I keep talking to different people and now they charged me $200 AGAIN which caused other auto payments to bounce and now i dont have enough extra money until my next paycheck to get insurance though someone else. As soon asi get paid im gonna drop this unprofessional and very disorganized agent. Stay away!!!
