I called this place for a quick COVID test. They said I need a referral from my doctor. I told…read morethem I had PPO insurance and didn't need one. I called my insurance to confirm and they said no referral was needed. Called back they wouldn't schedule me for a test. This was really upsetting that I'm here to help flood victims and I couldn't get a test before I head out to. I'm from out of state and here for several months to help with recovery from the floods and I wanted a test to make sure I did not get covid during my travel. Very disappointed in this place!

I'm not one to write a review but something has to be said about this place. First of all the smell…read moregross its smells like wet dog. They have a dog and I've been told it never gets let out poor dog. Goes the whole time there without going outside! How would you feel holding your bladder that many hours! Can you say animal cruelty! second of all while I was there the PTA kept falling asleep at one point even snoring i said something about him taken a nap he told me he was watching something on his phone. This is not the first time seeing him sleep on the job sometimes he would even fall asleep standing up with his elbows on his little table with wheels that he has his laptop on. I don't know if he's on drugs or maybe health issues? Third of all I overheard the Doctor talking about a patient to his employee saying how needed she was and how rude she was and saying something about her that was making them both laugh. Last but not least how rough the Doctor is it was very painful not satisfied.
