I was left with 2 bleeding fingers and without even an apology or a thank you. To add insult to injury, literally, they trick you with the nail polish, once you pick one they announce that particular color is 1€ extra. Don't fall for the cute facade, this is not the place you want to go.

Got great service - Anna did my hair colour very professional indeed. I was suffering from a bout of cough whilst getting my hair washed so was even given a menthol chewing gum to stop it! I was a bit hesitant to go as I don't speak spanish but was happy to get a good service with minimum English.

Maleducadas, chillonas, hablando entre ellas sin orestar atencion, malas caras .. NO VUELVO NI ATADA! fui con un groupon y me dijo k ese tipo de tratamiento no se hacia ni viernes ni sabado, a lo que le indiqué que lo deberían haber puesto en el groupon, sino no lo hubiera comprado. Ellas todas muy tiesas y muy repitandas decian que me estab haciendo un favor. A eso de las 2 terminó mi tratamiento, me deja con el pelo mojado y me dice 'si quieres te lo seco' a lo que empiezo a reirme y le digo que por favor. Me da con el secados, y se va (el pelo mojado). El centro de Eugenio Gross no se como será pero el que tienen junto a Inacua es patetico, el trato con el cliente es nefasto son muy poco profesionales y muy mal educadas ademas de muy bruscas con la estética, una pena. No vovere en la vida y por supuesto con la cantidad de profesionales que hay en Málaga una pena que por la gente que hay allí trabajando se pierdan clientes. read more

Totalmente de acuerdo con el anterior comentario.El centro de E. Gross similar: Muy maleducadas. Trato nefasto al cliente. Ausencia de profesionalidad empezando por la propia 'Mariví'. NADA NADA recomendable. read more
