I thought the total quote was high, but agreed as they (EF) were already in the area AND I thought I'd only pay for one half (ish). After the work was done I was presented with an invoice equal to the total estimate - not impressed. Unfortunately this time the fence sunk over the winter, alot on one side. I followed up multiple times with no response. Finally a few people came to look at it, they said they would follow-up with me. I never heard back. I followed up again by phone, this time the owner was very rude and yelled at me. I asked her to please stop yelling. I asked for a quote for a higher fence (5ft) as she explained to fix the current one (4ft) it would leave a huge gap at the bottom which my dog could get out. She said she would send a quote. A month later I followed up again. She then replied they will not come and fix it. I've recommended them to my family and friends after this first install. This time was very upsetting to see the lack of service and professionalism after the sale. Buyer beware. I would not recommend based on this experience.
