My review is for Marta's communication only…read more We had a paella class scheduled with a different vendor, but our concierge had no record of the class. We were scrambling to find another class, so I reached out to Marta. I figured that I wouldn't hear back for days. I was wrong. Marta responded in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, she didn't have space for the following day. Imagine my surprise when she followed up a few hours later saying she might have a cancellation and to email her if interested. We had already found a replacement, so I had to decline. I appreciate that Marta is communicative and quick to respond. Thank you, Marta!
