Second, he really should learn about the FCPA. I reached out to him asking about corporate payments my partner was making to a foreign company employee. Mr Arnold neglected to counsel about the FCPA, saying only that the employee would be terminated if his employer found out. Too bad I didnt know at the time what bad advice he gave.

I caught him in several lies and I am convinced that his only motivation was to charge us as much as he could. When a law firm condones such conduct and allows a senior to be taken advantage of by one of their employees, they should be ashamed of themselves and do their job in diligently representing their clients to the best of their abilities instead of the being on the side of greed and taking advantage of vulnerable people.
