These Mariscos were so fresh and flavorful. Maybe better than you could get at a restaurant. Takes a little long to get your food but that just means they make everything fresh to order. Hope to be back soon!

    Seafood tower

Some of the best mariscos and service I've had in a while! The owner was super helpful and nice, even brought our food to our car! The food was absolutely delicious, we got the ceviche and seafood towers! Couldn't recommend this place more, can't wait to come back and try more menu items!

Aguachile was everything I wanted and more

Service and food was amazing. Very excited for them to be opening a brick and mortar! Congratulations!

We are fans of the local competitor and wanted to see how this one compared. TLDR: the other one is better! We each ordered the Famous Low Country Boil - mine with lemon pepper sauce and my daughter with the 88 Special, a combo of all the sauces. She went with no spice and I went with mild. We also ordered a bowl of rice. We did enjoy what we had but it seemed heavier than what we are used to. We were not big fans of the sausage mixed in and our service was fine, but not amazing. We were also disappointed that there were not scissors offered to help get the meat out of the crab / lobster - we really had to work for it! On a positive note, we did make good use of the wet wipes that were given to us as well as our bibs and gloves. It is quite a messy meal and note that I learned the hard way: don't wear white if you're planning on ordering any kind of seafood boil! Pricing is similar to the competitor. Ambiance is chill but not as fun. I would not rush back, but I also would return with reasonable expectations.

I'm a big fan of Angry Crab & La Crab Shack, last night I was going out with a friend I hadn't seen…read morein a while & we were craving seafood, so we decided on Angry crab since it was near to where we needed to be. Then I decided, let me browse seafood on maps and I seen this place, the menu had broil in the bags similar to the other two restaurants and since neither one of us had been here we decided to try it. Long story short now onto the real review of the place, parking is big, when I got to the place it didn't look like many cars. Which made me hope this place didn't disappoint; plus side was plenty of parking and no wait to sit. I got my booth while I waited for my friend I loved the interior it looked real clean and the decor was nice, the vibes were more calming and chill than rowdy(if you've been to angry crab or la crab shack you'll know what I mean). They have a huge bar with stools to sit at and booths. Now to the food, they had a broad menu seafood broil (the only reason I go to these places) and Asian like, such as sushi and other things to be honest I didn't pay attention, because I went for the seafood broil only and it's easy to order. I got head on shrimp, with house Cajun sauce, spicy, and added potatoes and sausage. It was so good!! If you like spicy it's perfect! It does have a kick, but good. When I got my bag the food was steaming I would take off a point on the sausage(don't get me wrong it was good! But when biting I would have to pull in order to break off I feel like it was the skin of the sausage being annoying) and they were thinly cut, but not worth taking a star off. The staff was friendly, I would return and I can't wait to bring my husband, let me add that the prices are great, they seemed cheaper than the other two places I mentioned above.

BEWARE. The atmosphere is the only good thing about this place…read more The restaurant looks charming, with unique Korean/Cajun décor and a beautiful indoor fish pond, but the food was HORRIBLE. We ordered the spicy shrimp and sausage boil and could barely eat it. When the server asked how everything was, we told her it was not good. Her response? "Sorry, we have a new cook who's training." Seriously?! So you KNOW the cook isn't ready, serve customers bad food anyway, and still charge full price? No replacement, no discount, no attempt whatsoever to make it right. They simply did not care. Cute pond. Terrible food. Even worse customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

DELICIOUS! Flavorful!…read more Walked in, were greeted right away. The restaurant wasn't super crowded at 11:45am on a Wednesday. We were able to get a table easy enough. Placed our orders. Our drinks were brought out to us promptly. I ordered the ceviche de camarón o pescado. I couldn't decide between shrimp or fish. So the server said he'll do half and half for my order. Problem solved! My friend got the Botana de camarón cosida. Both dishes were refreshing. Mine had a great citrus punch to it. Definitely lots of lime! You'd think it would be all that filling. Just some fish and some shrimp. But there was so much on the plate, I was DEFINITELY full! Even left a little on the plate. The place was nicely decorated. Very kitschy Mexico street stand vibes. No overly loud music or tv blaring. Could talk easily over lunch without yelling at each other.

This place is some what of an off location and you would have to know it's here. Little small restaurant with friendly staff and nice decor. I wanted to try everything but looking at the price I had to make one choice. Waitress was very helpful with making my decision. I decided to try the Botana Especial, which has shrimp aquachile Rojo, verde, and ceviche. Price was little out of what I like to spend for a lunch but I said what the heck, I'll roll that dice. Waitress came back with the fish and they looked yummy and decorative. She recommended to put some mayo on the tostada and she selected two salsas she likes the best. Well I never put mayo on anything but for some reason I said hell with it, I'll give it a try. First took a spoon full of the aquachile Rojo and just tasted the juice.. Oh my word, I don't know what kind of magic they pulled here but I never tasted such fresh, tasty, refreshing aquachile in my life. I was instantly in love.. So i put on some mayo, shrimp, cucumber, and slice of fresh avacado. Drip some red sauce and in my mouth it went and wow, for this time only I would have to say I like mayo... Combination of everything went so well together. Rojo was my favorite out of the three but shrimp ceviche was also amazing. Verde also had nice flavor and very tasty. Portion were pretty good and I was pretty full by the time I finished the dish. I was tempted to pick up the plate and drink the left over, but my luck I spill it all over my shirt. I really really enjoyed this place, I felt like I was sitting in the beach somewhere in Mexico and someone just made my dish and brought it to me. I can't get over how yummy this place was, I can't wait to try the tower which has some octopus and scallops.... Yummy. Girl told me owner started off with food truck and now open this place and it's been here two years.. Hope it stays busy and open for long long time.
