The menu was fairly ample, but we concentrated ourselves on just the pizza selection. I went for the anchovy pie with a two other toppings that escape me now. I love anchovies on pizza and was thrilled that La Piazza didn't skimp on them. My pal ordered a pizza with basil and fresh tomatoes and top. She and I were both quite pleased with our food. Although we were armed with steak knives, the pizza was, at times, truly a challenge to cut through. I may have given up half way through the meal and used my fingers. -faux pas, but who cares?! Wine by the glass did us right as well. -6.50 for 0,4 of decent red. We traipsed in on a Sunday at around five pm sans reservation and that was fine. I'd imagine that the joint jumps during weekday afternoons as there are a few office buildings in the vicinity and not much else, eatery-wise, in the area. In the summer, the outside seating fills to capacity and service suffers a bit.

We have never been disappointed with the quality of the service, just how friendly the staff are. come Sempre has a really nice feature on the menu which consists of 2 inclusive Italian style meals, 1 features fish and the other features meat, for €27. In summer there is outdoor seating and in winter you can enjoy the atmosphere in the dinning room surrounded by an abundance of old wood beams in this very old beautiful building. There is a really nice wine list which includes a really nice Promativo (which happens to be one of our favorite varieties), that is actually the cheapest bottle of red on the menu @ €19. I highly recommend this restaurant. :)

The first time I came I was in the mood of eating fetuccini al Alfredo with chicken. They didn't have it on the menu so I asked the waiter which btw is a very nice, funny, Italian guy who loves to help and joke around haha... He said you want pasta with creamy white sauce and chicken, we make for you! ... And voila, they made it. Pretty tasty to say the least. I'll recommend this place if you are in the mood for some pasta and nice service around town.

When you want to get a nice Italian repas de midi, you will be very well served here. The restaurant is very near to the castle and we dropped by after reserving a table via phone. The menu was loaded with fish and vegetables and I enjoyed the grilled sword fish with vegetables and had a standard salad, the kids had Tortellini and Tagliatelle al salmone and my wife went for the Spaghetti Gorgonzola. The pasta was quite good, but a bit to heavy on salt and cream, which is completely legitimate and no error was made in the kitchen, I am just not to prone on cream and salt and people usually complain that I never put salt on meals. The grilled fish was very good, sword fish gets dry very easy and you need to know when to stop to cook it, but at the same time need to to get it cooked. I usually steam it for a second inbetween frying it, but that always gets the fish a bit to soft. So full stars for the kitchen and the service of the young waiter, who spoke to me in Italian after I started doing so and never complained about my limited capabilities, because he understood that I was enjoying myself doing so. The only thing I missed was some oil, salt and pepper with the farm bread, but I could have asked, and I am certain I would have been served properly.
