Jared, the owner always answered the phone and very hard working person that will go above and beyond to solve a problem. He " took me by the hand" to direct me how to open the owner portal that I couldn't get it to open with many times of changing password etc, and he had so much patience and kindness that I was impressed! When he came to my condo, he asked me if I need any thing else before he left, and that was very thoughtful of him to even ask. I had a serious issue with water intrusion from the upper unit that caused so much damages to my property including mold, that he was very transparent and offered his license contractor after 5 high estimates that I had, to fix the damages in very reasonable price. He came to check the results after he finished and made sure that it will be satisfactory. He shared his knowledge and guided me through the whole stressful process. Even on Saturday he picked up the phone and helped me with very delicate situation that I wasn't sure how to handle. His assistant Gabriella also very kind and responsive and has a lot of patience dealing with very flaky tenants some times that will not fallow up to view the property. She'll go the extra mile just to accommodate the client and I was very appreciative of the way she fallow through her promise. Which was beyond my expectation. This team: Jared and Gabriella, are the absolute best management property that you can count on to deliver results of good tenants and timely response and hard work that they'll not try to put off even in the weekends. They definitely earned from me 10 stars if I could give them here without a doubt! I highly recommend them for your management property with all my heart!

I called about a condo listed with Real Property and the guys there made it their business to make it as easy as possible from the time I called them, through the application process, and dealing with the homeowners association. They continue to be helpful even after we moved in when we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. We can make service requests and pay our rent online and it seems like there's always someone available to help. I think this should be the standard when renting a place. Thanks!

When I decided to sell my home, I chose Abraham because of his stellar reputation. It was a wise…read morechoice, as I'll explain below. For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

We found Abe on Yelp as the best-rated realtor in Miami. I believe we were initially only looking…read moreat the Brickell area. Coming in from the cut-throat SF Bay Area market with near-zero inventory, we were overwhelmed by the options available in Miami. Abe found us a spot right by the Biscayne Bay at the Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater. We have butterflies in our tummies as we are in love with our new home. This is 100% thanks to Abe. Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building. It is mindboggling. We had assumed Abe would spend 3-4hrs with us and then let us go to do our own search. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt. He is a natural at driving around the various pockets of Miami, navigating the streets while also being a tour guide. His ability to multitask like this helped us a lot. I still remember how, while driving around the Edgewater area, my wife and I simultaneously felt "wow, this neighborhood has a chic vibe we liked." We fell in love with Edgewater, though we had come in focused on Brickell. Abe is very good at sharing both the good and the bad about each option. There was a point we had already picked a new construction project that was nearly 3X of the next property we had scheduled to see. Abe was still showing us the pros of this new property, even if it would be significantly less of a deal size. He demonstrated many such signs of transparency and integrity during our entire time with him. We wish Abe the best and feel that if you get to know him and work out a nice rhythm, you can find the home or investment property of your dreams.

Great experience, I Highly recommend Paula Barrera when buying a home…read more The Wife and I wanted to buy a house and did not know the first thing about the process. We looked in yelp and wanted to contact her based on all the great reviews. Paula was very professional, responsive and honest. She is also very attentive to her clients and a breath of fresh air for this industry. She quickly became invaluable to our needs and the best person for the job. When we called and spoke to her, she promptly made time to meet us at her office or a place of our preference. Before the meeting she sent us a booklet by email (authored by her!) that lays out the process very simply. It prepared us for the meeting and process as a whole. The booklet was a very helpful and a nice surprise we didn't expect. When we met we knew right away we would go with Paula as our realtor. She was very forthcoming, professional and ethical. The type of person that you want to do business with and lookout for your interest. She already had an idea of the area we were looking in and our needs based on the phone conversation. She prepared a folder with research of the market in that area and explained us the numbers what they meant and what we would expect. She is also a very knowledgeable and a great communicator, thereby making us know we were in the right hands. Through out the process she used her expertise and smarts to guide us and help us understand better what it was we wanted and what we would be looking at in term of the process, the time, and the possible costs associated with buying a house. Paula would promptly answer her phone, text us or email us when we had questions. She returned calls with answers to our concerns very quickly. She also was right-on regarding her opinion on worth of houses and repairs we would need. Her guidance helped us to make a better decision and we are grateful that we were able to work with her on buying our first home. She was also very flexible and understanding of our schedule to show us houses when our schedule allowed. She leverages technology to make things happen quickly. She asked our preference and based on that used Phone, email, text, personalized timeline to not miss timelines, easy electronic documents and whatever else technology is available! This made it very easy to communicate, keep deadlines and sign contracts when making an offer. It saved us lots of time and stress! Finally, for closing she also made a nice organized binder with all the documentation we would need. I appreciate such attention to detail, that binder was a huge time saver and put my mind at ease from having to do that myself. In summary, Paula made the process smooth and enjoyable as it can be. She is the person you want on your side when buying a home. She's one of the best!
