I'm 52 years old and in all my adult life, I have never experienced the worst customer service. I am touring Sorrento and I entered this shop. I picked a fluffy grey bag and it was cute but there was lint all over it and I still wanted to purchase it and I began removing the loose lint when the store owner (a male) came over and snatched the bag from my hands. The woman helping me looked stunned as well. We walked out but returned to snap a photo to warn other people about the conduct of this man. It's inconceivable to me still that thioccurred. Left a major sour feeling of Sorrento for me. Never again will I set foot there. That's the impression I got. I hope karma bites him financially. You should never treat people like that EVER!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. After reading the only other review for this tiny shop I feel validated that we were not the only victims of this store. My husband and I are on our honeymoon and stopped to get some magnets for our families. He accidentally dropped one but it was fine, no cracks or anything. We continued shopping and went to check out. They asked us if we broke one and we said no. As a woman was ringing us up a male came and brought a smashed magnet and slammed it on the counter blaming us for the damage. We were shocked. My husband dropped one on his foot -- which luckily caught the magnet from breaking. They then saw this as an opportunity to threaten us and charge us with something we didn't do. It was only 2 euro so we just paid for it not wanting trouble from international police where we do not know the language. But the way we were treated as criminals will never leave me. Here we are on our honeymoon just trying to get our families some gifts and these crooks accuse us of not only breaking -- but smashing their merchandise to oblivion and then yell at us when we said we did not do it and threaten us with police. Unbelievable. Places like this will ruin the beautiful town of Sorrento. Keep these business tactics up and it will ruin the tourism of this town. read more
